No. I will not tell you what to do at all. I help you see what is hard to see when you are emotionally involved, and then the decision stays yours.
Is this confidential?
What you share with me stays between us. I do not share names, screenshots or stories from calls, and anything I ever write about in general terms is anonymized beyond recognition.
Is this therapy or legal advice?
No. This is personal guidance from someone who has been where you are. It is not a substitute for a therapist, a lawyer or an immigration professional, and I will tell you plainly when your situation calls for one.
What should I have ready?
