I am on fire.

A little over six months ago I returned to the U.S. beaten, broke, depressed. The pandemic had kicked my ass physically, mentally, and financially. Not only did I get stuck abroad in a remote desert village in Africa, pretty much penniless during the pandemic, I also got Covid-19.

I returned home at the end of 2020 in a deep, dark place in the midst of a bitterly cold winter. I immediately curled up in a fetal position, pulled the blankets over my head, and lie there in a funk. Filled with loneliness and self-pity, I sunk even deeper into my fantasy of being a victim.

I was triggered by feeling abandoned by my government, which stirred up memories of my father leaving shortly after my birth. I felt incredibly alone, and terrified, I turned the blame outward to the men who had hurt me from Morocco to Mexico to Malaysia.

Okay, so I’d never actually dated anyone from these countries, but I had been scammed of all of my Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in January of 2020 by Ronald Aai, head of the company Cloudtoken which was headquartered in Malaysia after being kicked out of Singapore. I believed in Cloudtoken, and in Ronald Aai, only to find out just before the pandemic occurred that I had lost everything.

It made sense to blame my broke financial status on men, and especially on the pandemic.

The truth was, I knew better. I had learned about The Secret and The Law of Attraction years ago, and I had applied the principles of manifesting and creating with deliberate intention many times, particularly when it came to manifesting travel.

In the beginning, I was a scrappy manifester, finding ways to get cheap flights and free places to stay on Couchsurfing or in hostels.

Slowly, it dawned on me that if I shared my knowledge with others, I could collaborate with businesses in the travel industry and that I could live a lifestyle filled with travel. That ultimately led to my working with luxury tour companies and hotels around the world. My dreams grew and I became even more powerful and confident that I could create a magical lifestyle filled with travel beyond my wildest dreams.

Lying on the floor filled with depression and self-disgust, (not only at my devastating financial situation but at all of the excess weight I’d gained in 2020,) I remembered using The Law of Attraction techniques in the past.

I had learned LOA skills to attract money, men, and a 120-pound weight loss in previous years, although I may not have consciously been aware that it was my positive thinking that enabled me to manifest those desires.

I slowly picked myself up and wrote down a plan using the same techniques I had used in the past. Only this time, I would deliberately, consciously and with powerful intention change my life.

These are the exact steps I took to manifest money, men, more travel & a mouthwateringly delicious, Marylin Monroe physique.

Vision Board

The first thing I did was to contact a few friends to invite them over for a vision board workshop. Unlike previous workshops, I only invited two women this time, due to the raging pandemic. We sat in opposite corners of my living room, about 8 feet apart, and worked on our boards. Initially, I intended to create a board with each area of my life that I wanted to change. However, I decided to simply focus on one area because vision boards are most effective and powerful when you stick to one main goal at a time.

One of my friends created a board on opulence (which she did indeed manifest over the next few months).

After bouncing around, homeless in a foreign country, my most pressing desire was to own a home, and I was eager to manifest money to buy one of the cheap homes I had seen in Morocco which cost between 100,000 to 200,000 Moroccan Dirhams, or $10,000 and $20,000.

My other friend shared her vision board with us and explained, “I’d like to manifest my seventh property.”

Seventh?! What the hell! My friend worked as an administrative assistant, so I knew she wasn’t exactly earning 6 or 7 figures, so how in the world could she own six homes already? Easy; she had manifested them. And she was currently buying yet another property in Marrakech.

I have now increased my mantra to include my owning at least seven homes in seven countries. Shit, why not?

Gratitude List

Years ago when I manifested a 120-pound weight loss, I stopped yoyo dieting and killing myself by going to the gym, an activity I absolutely hated, and the weight began melting off me fairly quickly. Sure, I had a specific food plan and I was eating really healthy meals. But it was because I immediately changed my mindset and expected to get thin, just like the other women in the 12 step food program I had joined.

One of the ways I turned my negative thinking around was by writing a gratitude list every morning. I would write 5 material things I am grateful for, like my apartment and some of the beautiful antiques I have from around the world, and I would write 5 non-material things, like my mother, my friendship with my sister, and the love I feel when cuddling my dog.

The gratitude list puts me in a happy mood, which is key to attracting even more blessings in my life.

Quiet Time

Oh, how I’ve always hated the word “meditation”. Whenever people told me to sit quietly and just breathe, I’ve always had the urge to slap them. Yay, namaste, mother*ucker.

But, give me a quiet soak in a hot bubble bath, or an extra 30 minutes where I can lie frozen in bed and not have to jump up and get ready for work, and I feel blissful.

It’s kind of like the word exercise. If you call it that, I’m going to cringe and run the other way. Or walk, because I hate the word “jogging” as well.

But you put on a 30-minute video of classic old school r & b club songs and I’m flailing around all over the place.

So, I take quiet time. It’s not always quiet. And it’s not always 30 minutes, but when I do relax and chill in bed a little while in the morning, or late at night, it feels pretty damn great.

HZ Frequency Videos

This is my favorite. Oh, how I love to listen to the frequencies while I’m asleep. It’s free; I simply turn on Youtube and type ” Hz frequency and manifesting money” or “weight loss” or whatever I desire, and I drift asleep listening to the sound of raindrops. I can be a lazy mofo, so taking this action while I am sleeping, lying there in my bed, dreaming of money, is so easy, how can you not use this tool?

Does it work?

At first, I would have said, how the hell do I know? But it doesn’t cost me time or money so why not? But I am absolutely positive that it works. Because after listening to these videos for 6 weeks, money began coming to me like an avalanche. That is the only word I can think of that describes how much passive income I began attracting and how easy it was.

I’m not going to put all my business out there in the street, but let me just say, when it rains, it pours, and honestly, I do not think I can stop the avalanche of money coming to me now, and that I am positive that my dream of owning seven houses is one day soon going to make me smile at how small my dreams were.

Affirmations

While the raindrops at night are lovely, I really love listening to Youtube videos of positive affirmations during the day, especially first thing in the morning. I find my favorite videos the same way I found the Hz frequency channels; I type in the search bar “Law of Attraction” or “affirmations” and “money” or “travel” or weight loss” or whatever it is I intend to manifest. Some are more visual, most are verbal. In any case, they work.

Just a note, that I dislike and do not speak or listen to affirmations that I do not believe. For example, I will not repeat the words, “I am super skinny and a beautiful supermodel”. That’s a lie and my brain will fight me on it, causing more harm than good. What I will say is, “I really love eating healthy food. I love when my smaller clothes fit me perfectly. I love feeling beautiful. I love being at my goal weight”. With affirmations to attract wealth, I say things like, “Oh, how I love earning passive income! I love having an avalanche of money flowing to me! I love feeling safe and secure and having more than enough for my needs”.

Scripting

I love scripting. When I wrote down my goals and intentions in a journal (my favorite is the Law of Attraction Journal) it’s a beautiful way to not only manifest quickly whatever my desires are, but it helps to look back and see what I wrote in previous months.

The trick to scripting is to write in the present tense as if it has already happened.

Memories

When I get stuck in a space where I am feeling negative or doubtful, afraid that I might never achieve my dreams (this happens more often when I am overweight and feeling shitty since this obviously takes a bit more time, and I sometimes get sucked into the “reality” mode of seeing the here and now of things I have already manifested instead of what I can and will manifest in the future, I use my memories.

For example, I think back to the time I was dreaming about how nice it would be if I were able to manifest being added to a friend’s buddy pass, and I did.

And after the pandemic felt as if it would never end and I was going stir crazy, wishing I could go somewhere, anywhere, I manifested three all-expense-paid trips. One was a quick weekend getaway to upstate New York. Another was a weekend to visit my family, who I had not seen in a year and a half. And another was to Belize for a week and a half. Belize was a country I had put on my manifesting list but sort of as an afterthought. I wasn’t desperate to go there, it was not a dream destination like Bali had been. It was simply a place I wanted to check out one day, whenever.

And oh, what a trip it was.

I “co-piloted” a plane (which meant I got to sit in the cockpit the entire flight and get reprimanded by the pilot for constantly touching the wheel and all the knobs and buttons”. I swam with 10-foot sharks (they were probably closer to 5 or 6 feet at most, but my math skills suck and it sounds more impressive to say 10″. And I snorkeled with stingrays and manatees and I actually saw sea horses for the first time! I was delighted because I had always believed they were mystical magical creatures, myths like unicorns and mermaids, and had no idea they truly existed.

Sometimes I write a list of the adventures and experiences I’ve had and the people I’ve met. I am often still in shock when I read my list that says I lived in London, Egypt, Nigeria, and so many other countries. Or that I paid one penny for flights to places like Mexico and Guatemala!

My life so far has been so incredible and I know there is so much more to come.

These are just a few things I do to manifest meeting men, visiting countries I read about in movies as a child, and attracting more abundance than I’ve ever dreamed possible.

I have a ways to go to get to my ideal dream weight again. I’m excited about buying my next home and planning the garden in my mind. And I’m thrilled that one day I will have my dream wedding to a man I am madly in love with.

But for now, I am absolutely loving the process and the journey, and I am in no way desperate to manifest these things quickly. I do not need to win the lottery or find my soul mate this afternoon. I’m really loving being single and meeting different men right now; one who makes me laugh. The other who spoils me. And another who looks damn sexy in his photos. Who knows if any of them will turn out to be my future life partner? And who knows where I will buy my seventh house; maybe Bali, or perhaps Thailand. I’m not sure when, where, or how I will manifest the millions coming to me.

But the actual process of creating and manifesting my dreams is so much fun, I am excited to experience it the way you do a road trip that focuses on the journey and not the destination.

Along this journey I constantly ask myself one question over and over; does this make me feel good?

If so, I am in the receiving mode and will continue to manifest every one of my dreams.

In what ways have you been able to manifest your wildest dreams?

Have you ever done a vision board, or used affirmations or Hz frequency videos to help you to achieve your goals?
